The S.Prospero district is an upscale area, surrounded by greenery but still a 10-minute walk from the Historic Center (SO CLOSE TO THE ECONOMICS FACULTY), where you can park for free outside the house and all services are within a 50-meter radius (supermarket, bars, tobacco shop, gym, pharmacy), including buses to the Train Station, the "Scotte" Hospital, the University for Foreigners, and the Law Faculty at Porta Tufi.
