We will have several SPACIOUS SINGLE ROOMS available from August 1st, 2023 in a cottage located just outside the walls of Siena in the S.Propero district.
The single room is located at Via Enea Ciacci, 16. The monthly cost is 400 euros with all UTILITIES INCLUDED, but without condo fees. It is also possible to opt for 380 euros per month, with expenses excluded (water, electricity, gas).
The S.Prospero district is an upscale area, surrounded by greenery, but only a 10-minute walk from the Historic Center. The location is therefore excellent for students at the Faculty of Economics. Free parking is available right outside the house, and all services, including supermarket, bars, tobacco shop, gym, and pharmacy, are within a radius of 50 meters. Buses to the Train Station, "Scotte" Hospital, University for Foreigners, and Faculty of Law at Porta Tufi are easily accessible.
This announcement is valid for both students and workers. The cottage has its own entrance with a private gate, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, and internet connection. Contracts are regular and in compliance with the law, and the rent is negotiable in person at the time of the visit. However, it is not possible to provide residency to tenants.
