It is close to all services (pharmacy, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, piadineria / pizzeria), all the university faculties are easily reachable on foot or by bicycle:
- ideal for the faculties of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics (800 mt)
- near also Economy, Agriculture, Veterinary and Jurisprudence all reachable within 1.5 km but in general all the faculties are easily reachable.

- The "ALL INCLUSIVE" price indicates that all costs are included in the price: monthly rent, condominium fees, heating, gas, electricity, water, waste taxes, monthly cleaning of common areas and unlimited fast fiber Wi-Fi.
This allows you to study in total serenity, having the certainty of a certain price every month without surprises.
Recapitulating thus: - no agency fees - no security deposit - no utility heading. You will have an initial one-off fixed cost of 350 to be paid at the time of booking a room, which includes: drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), cleaning of entry and exit, monthly cleaning of common areas (bathroom, kitchen, insurance , maintenance.The apartment is stocked with pots, plates, cutlery etc. Obviously all completely new!
