The apartment as a whole extends over an area of 140 square meters, providing ample communal spaces and a comfortable atmosphere for sharing.
Sharing the apartment with 5 other mixed-gender roommates offers the opportunity to forge unique social bonds and connections. While maintaining privacy in the private room, shared spaces such as the bathroom, kitchen, and basement/cellar provide opportunities to socialize and share experiences with fellow tenants.
The shared balcony is an ideal spot to enjoy the urban panorama of Bologna and spend pleasant moments outdoors with roommates. The stone flooring adds a touch of charm to the environment, while centralized heating ensures a comfortable climate in all seasons.
Common kitchenware is available for daily use, while WiFi is included to ensure easy access to the internet for work and leisure.
