PRICE: 370 per student ALL bills and expenses included (electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, trash & condo fees...) + 315 one time fee that include registration of the contract, taxes of registration, insurance that includes any eventuality for the student, supply of mattress cover and monthly cleaning of the common parts.
