The apartment is located 5 minutes from Citylife, the latest project to have transformed the skyline of Milan, inaugurated during Expo 2015. The three skyscrapers by Zara Hadid (the Storto), Arata Isozaki (the Straight) and Daniel Libeskind (il Curvo, created by the architect of the Liberty Tower which stands on Ground Zero) stand out imperious, clearly visible from Corso Sempione and other areas of the city, and make up the CityLife luxury district, with a well-kept park, a one of the most prestigious and futuristic projects that arose in Milan on the occasion of EXPO 2015. Tre Torri extends from piazza Giulio Cesare to piazza Carlo Magno to the north-west of the center of Milan and is a wonderful place to visit, especially at sunset on a beautiful day.
Surrounding the three towers is the CityLife complex, a harmonious blend of gleaming residential condominiums and luxury office buildings, surrounded by an exclusive shopping center and a vast park that is a joy to behold.
Equally affected by a very recent urban transformation is the neighboring area of Portello which, from a historic industrial area of Milan, which saw the golden years of Alfa Romeo, has radically changed its appearance over the last few decades, becoming, together at Porta Nuova and CityLife, yet another bulwark of the New Milan! A new pedestrian bridge over the elevated ring road (Viale Serra) connects the district to the new and popular park with the characteristic spiral hill. Parco Portello is the new park located in the north-west area of Milan in correspondence with the former Alfa Romeo industrial area. - the San Siro stadium can be reached in 15 minutes by taking the M5 line to the Portello stop (4 minutes on foot from the structure), or on foot in about 25/30 minutes - it is possible to reach the historic center and the nearby shopping area (via Marghera - (hidden) Vercelli) also on foot.
Access for guests
Upon your arrival you will find:
- Beds ready (with the exception of sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows ready for use will be prepared).
- Towels (one shower towel and one face towel for each guest).
- Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry tablets, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and bags for recycling.

When you are in the apartment, please respect the following simple rules:
- No smoking in the apartment. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers but it is still possible to smoke on the terrace.
- All objects in the apartment are at your disposal for the duration of your stay, leave them in their place at the end of your stay so that subsequent guests can use them in turn - All kitchen utensils are at your disposal
after their use, please store them clean and dry in their place. At the end of your stay, please leave the kitchen area clean and tidy.
- Avoid disturbing noise on the stairs and in the common areas
- Do not turn up the volume of the TV too much after 10 in the evening
- At the end of your stay, please leave the apartment in order
- The apartment is located in a residential block. Please respect the silence from 20.00 to 08.00

Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, we will show you the apartment and its equipment and we will give you all the directions and information you need.
At check-in you will be asked for an identity card to proceed with registration.
You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the Municipality of Milan)
For stays longer than 30 days a contract will be signed and it will be necessary to have an Italian tax code.
We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time slot by prior arrangement at least one day before at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00.
During your stay we will always be at your disposal for any requests, advice or information on your stay in Milan.
We remind you that since it is an apartment and not a hotel, it is necessary to make arrangements regarding the check-in time.
