The apartment is available from August 5, 2023. Minimum transitional contract for 6 months. Each room is 600 euro or whole apartment for 1.200 euro.

Electricity and gas (hot water, cooking, light) are in the same bill whose average cost is 100 euro every 2 months. Water: 2 months bill around 80 euro. Waste tax 13 euro per month. Finally if you need a wifi I need to install it (montly price is 25 euro) . All these expenditures have to be shared by the 2 tenants. There are no condominium charges.
