Located on the second floor, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is attached to one of the bedrooms, both fully furnished with very large drawers and wardrobes. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, separated from the corridor by a beautiful sliding window, fully equipped and with a table for four people. Continuing in the open space on the left we find the living room, furnished with an additional extendable table, a comfortable sofa bed and flat screen TV. From the living room there is access to a comfortable terrace equipped with a clothes rack and wires for hanging clothes. The apartment also has a closet, where in addition to the shelves, a small laundry corner has been created with a cockpit and washing machine. The apartment is really nice and was completely renovated in 2016 and is in perfect condition, with all the necessary comforts, including air conditioning in the living room kitchen and in the two bedrooms.

una fantastica scelta per chi desidera trascorrere un periodo a Firenze, tendendosi lontani dal caos del centro.
Il centro comunque raggiungibile facilmente con i trasporti pubblici. C' infatti la fermata dell'autobus a pochi passi dall'appartamento e con il bus 6, dalla fermata Novelli, si pu arrivare in citt in soli 30/40 minuti.
Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano un piccolo parco pubblico, supermercati (tra cui la Lidl), negozi, bar e una squisita pasticceria.
L'appartamento
Situato al secondo piano, con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni con doccia, uno dei quali annesso ad una delle camere da letto, entrambe completamente arredate con cassettoni e guardaroba molto capienti. L'ingresso d sulla cucina, separata dal corridoio da una bella vetrata scorrevole, completamente attrezzata e con un tavolo per quattro persone. Proseguendo nello spazio aperto a sinistra troviamo il soggiorno, arredato con un ulteriore tavolo estendibile, un confortevole divano letto e tv schermo piatto. Dal soggiorno si accede ad una comoda terrazza dotata di pozzetto e fili per tendere i panni. L'appartamento dotato anche di un ripostiglio, dove oltre agli scaffali stato creato un piccolo angolo lavanderia con pozzetto e lavatrice. L'appartamento davvero grazioso ed stato completamente rinnovato nel 2016 e si presenta in perfette condizioni, con tutti i comfort necessari, compreso il climatizzatore nella cucina soggiorno e nelle due camere.
