This particular room is the biggest one in the apartment and even has a separate entrance to the apartment itself (see floor plans). It offers an intimate space of 19 square meters. The French bed is 140x200 ensuring comfortable rest.
Upon confirmation of the booking through the platform, you will pay the first month's rent for March. At check-in, an administration fee of 390 will be required, in addition to the rent for April and May. ALL expenses are INCLUDED in the monthly fee (utilities, gas, electricity, internet connection, waste taxes) and NO Deposit is required.
There is only a one-off administrative fee of 350 which covers contract registration fees and final cleaning.
Payment will take place according to this timing Example:
- first month (September) paid to the booking platform
- at check-in the 390 administrative fee and two monthly payments (October and November) will be paid
- 3 monthly payments will be paid by November 5th (December, January and February)
(only for annual rental period) - 3 monthly payments will be paid by February 5th (March, April, May)
(only for annual rental period) - 3 monthly payments will be paid by May 5th (June, July, August)
By May 5th, you can make the payment for the rent for June and July (and August if booked).

IMPORTANT: This Landlord ONLY accepts booking requests that are:
SEMESTRAL:
o from September 1st to February 28th
o from March 1st to August 31st
. ANNUAL:
o from September 1st to August 31st.
For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:
o 50 for 11 months rental from September 1st to July 31st
o 90 for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th
The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
IMPORTANT: rental payments are regulated as follow:
For rental period longer at least 10 months:
At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450 + 25% of the remaining amount
Within November 5th another installment of 25% is due
Within February 5th another installment of 25% is due
Within May 5th the final installment of 25% is due
For rental period longer shorter than 10 months:
At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450 + 50% of the remaining amount
Within November 5th another installment of 50% is due
