The Administration fee is divided into 2 parts:
- 123 euros, called in our business the "Landlord Fee", is a fee that needs to be paid at check-in. This fee covers all costs related to managed the Property Management business with our clients.
- The remaining part of the administration fee needs to be paid through payment in the platform within 2 days from the booking confirmation. This fee, called in our business "Management Fee" covers various services before, during and after your stay:
- assisted in-person check-in,
- key handover at check-in,
- contract creation and administration,
- assistance during your stay,
- assisted check-out.
Note that these fees are separate from any fees charged by HousingAnywhere. Failure to pay the fee within the specified time frame will result in the cancellation of the booking.
