Important Information:
What's included in the rent?
All bills are included in the rent, such as condominium fees, waste disposal, heating, electricity, water, gas, wifi, and more. However, in the event of improper use of utilities leading to increased bills, an adjustment will be applied equally to all tenants. You can find more information in the attached sub-lease agreement.
There is a one time entry fee of 300, which is a lump sum payment to start the service and includes:
* Contract registration and stamp duties
* Cleaning for initial access
* Special insurance offering a security that few homeowners can provide, thanks to the unique REVENUE TO REVALUATION clause.
Payment Schedule as per the Contract:
By booking through Housing Anywhere, your first month's rent is already covered. Before your check-in, you will receive an email with all the information you need to access your room. Prior to check-in, we require the contract signature, payment for the entry fee, and a one-month deposit. You will find all this information in the email you will receive.
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. If you arrive outside these hours or on weekends, please inform us in advance to check the possibility of a flexible check-in. Please note that there will be an additional cost of 50 in such cases.
Please note that the room is delivered fully furnished, but does not include pillows, sheets, blankets, etc. The kitchen is equipped with essential items such as plates, cutlery, and glasses. Anything not provided can be purchased privately.
If you need to leave the room before the contract's natural expiration, you have the option to cancel at any time, provided we find a suitable replacement to take your place. In the event of early cancellation, a flat-rate cost of 200 will be charged, payable by the tenant on the day of check-out.
