What does all inclusive mean?
That there will be NO additional monthly costs incurred and extras such as electricity, water, gas, internet, etc., fall within the monthly cost

You will have only a fixed cost of 295 euros for entry to the apartment (You pay only once upon booking) which includes drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), a monthly professional clean of the common areas, room cleaned before you arrive and when you leave, insurance and ordinary maintenance.
The rooms are furnished and the apartments are equipped with basic kitchen equipment.
