Large single private room with a double bed, a desk with chair and a big wardrobe in a nice and warm apartment fully furnished.
In the apartment there is a big kitchen with table and chairs where to have meals and a balcony, a big bathroom with 2 lavatory, shower and washing machine shared with the other two tenants.
The monthly rent is 650 euro, all included (depending on the increasing of the costs of gas and electricity.
For less than 5 months, the monthly rent is 680 euro.
For less than 3 months, the monthly rent is 720 euro.
For long term rent (more than 1 year), 2 months are requested as deposit and cost of registration around 150 euro.
The area is very close to the University, just 10 minutes by walk and to the Two Towers, just 20 minutes walk. Close to the central railway station, only 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by bus, the bus stop is just in front of the entrance of the building. close also to the Virgin Active Fitness club.
Very close to all amenities, bars, tobaccos, banks, supermarkets, groceries, postal office etc.
The amount of the cost of consumptions will be around 100/150 per months, in A/W the cost of heating can cause this increase.
For final cleaning of the room 50 euro are always requested.

I need to inform you that before any kind of final confirmation, I need to have a video call to know you and to present me. This is very important for me.
So if we go throught the acceptance, we can see our private contacts just after it and we could organize a call in the next days and I will give you the final confirmation or cancel the booking. You don't have to worry about the refunding of the payment that you will make, as the platform will refund you the full amount if I won't confirm the booking.
