Our student residences strictly enforce the following rules:
Smoking is prohibited within the building.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or anywhere else in the building.
Overnight guests are not permitted.
If a guest is invited, they must register at the reception and can access all the common areas except the rooms.
The building itself comprises 582 rooms, each with a private bathroom. It spans across 5 floors and offers direct views of a spacious green area. Unfortunately, there are no balconies or terraces available for student use.
At the building-wide level, we provide the following facilities and services:
Security cameras ensure safety throughout the premises.
WiFi coverage is available without any dead zones.
A dedicated maintenance team is on hand.
A management team is available to address any concerns.
Access to the building is limited and requires a badge.
Weekly room cleaning, including fresh sheets and towels, is provided.
Common areas include study spaces, a games room, a cinema room, a gym, and parking.
However, please note that the parking and laundry services are not included in the monthly price.
