- Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 to 10.
Check-in after 19, during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or national bank holidays, are possible only after our confirmation and paying an extra fee.
- We work with biweekly contracts, this means that the contract needs to start and end either the 1st or the 15th of each month.
- In case of early check out without the 2 months notice stated in the contract the deposit won't be refunded.
This property located in Via Vigevano, Milan, a very nice neighborhood in the city center of Milan. The area is well served with markets, shops, restaurants and it is in the vicinity of many historical places and landmarks. Universities are also within 10 to 15 min distance by public transportation. The location is well served by Metro, bus, and trams, all of them are within walking distance.

splendido appartamento ubicato in una delle vecchie corti stile milano a pochi passi dalle pi importanti universit di milano...dispone di una camera matrimoniale e di una sala con un divano letto...cucina attrezzata completamente arredato e corredato.
- Check-in sono possibili dal lunedi al venerdi dalle 9 alle 19. Sara' possibile effettuare il check-in dopo le 19, durante i weekend o durante festivit' solamente se viene confermato da noi e pagando una extra-fee da accordare.
Per richiesta di contratto da registrare va pagato 70 per ogni contratto pi le spese di registrazione all'agenzia delle entrate che qualora fosse una cedolare secca niente, non avrebbe nessun costo, se invece si tratta di una societ sono circa altri 70
