Large cozy two-room apartment equipped with all the comforts to spend an unforgettable stay in the heart of Milan. Theapartment consists of a bright living area equipped with smart TV and X-Box, double sofa bed, full kitchen and dining table, double bedroom and full bathroom with shower.
The furniture has been taken care of in every detail to make our guests feel right at home. WiFi is free and available throughout theapartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic useful appliances, pots and pans, mocha and microwave.
The nearest metro stops are Lima M1, Caiazzo M2 and Centrale FS M2 and M3 (connected to Malpensa and Bergamo airports). With the red line (Lima) you can reach Piazza del Duomo in 10 minutes.
The apartment is located a short walk from Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most famous and busiest shopping streets in the city. Walking around you will encounter old and new shops, doors and sidewalks, in an orderly and a bit 'unconcluded chaos. There is a very rich local market in Via Benedetto Marcello on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Monthly rates:
1.200,00 for monthly rent;
250,00 for building fees;
250,00 for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas);
Total of monthly cost: 1.700,00.
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
1.200: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
200,00 (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
170,00 (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
Linen is not included.
IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
