Completing the furnishings is a cabinet housing a 32" Smart TV connected to the internet, allowing access to streaming services like Netflix.
The bedroom is spacious and bright, furnished with a large wardrobe, a desk with its seat, and a cozy double bed (160x200). The bathroom, adorned with quality ceramics, features a large crystal shower cabin, heated towel rail, and washing machine.
Renovated in October 2020, the apartment ensures a pleasant stay with its modern comforts. Despite its proximity to Via Massarenti, the property remains remarkably quiet thanks to state-of-the-art fixtures. Environmentally friendly features include a thermal coat for excellent insulation and solar panels on the roof to minimize energy consumption. An air purification system maintains a hygienic environment, while adjustable independent heating provides comfort via a thermostat.

Guests are liable for any property damage and agree to charges on the provided credit card in case of damage.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
